KOH LANTA island |Thailand| Why I WONT be going back

After spending many years traveling around Thailand and south east Asia, I decided to visit Koh Lanta for the first time and much as this is a beautiful island there are a few reasons why i wont be going back to Koh Lanta.

The beaches were not as good as some of the other islands I have visited.
it was fairly expensive in some of the restaurants
You are limited as to where you can buy alchohol
Koh lant is a long journey from Bangkok.

These may seem trivial and petty reasons not to return to a destination but realistically unless you have a specific reason to go to Koh lanta there are many other options a lot closer and available.It would be wrong of me to dissuade others from visiting this island, These are only my personal opinion and it does not mean that you wont enjoy the island, There is plenty to see and do on the island it just did not tick all the boxes for me. My reviews are honest and I apologies if anyone is offended.

Is Koh Lanta a party island

Is Koh Lanta expensive?
