With such a vast area to cover and to keep things simple without breaking into specifics and getting lost in the underbelly of differentiating a recipe because one region makes it different to their neighbouring region. I will refer to all our dishes in this post as Mediterranean and only specify the main country for which each recipe is most known and associated with.

This recipe is called tuscany Chiken although it does viere away from the traditional light tuscan food made with olive oil olives and salads.
